BOOK FROM MONDAY

So excited to welcome you back to physical workouts, here is the Roadmap:

  • PumpHIIT (Mondays at Base) Returning from the 17th

  • Lets HIIT Physical (sat at Base) Returning from the 22th

  • All group fitness classes return with restrictions, details to follow (will be small numbers )

  • Bookings will be available from FRIDAY so be quick as expected to fill.

  • THE ORIGINAL RIDEHIIT - is confirmed to return between 17th May and mid June.

  • Online workouts will still happen on Wednesdays until Ride can open again, this will be monitored but please let me know what you would like as a workout.


If you have a RideHIIT Bar and Weights these must be with Mikey by the end of day Sat 15th May in full.




ALL ONLINE WORKOUTS WILL BE FREE

05-15 May all online workouts will be free so tell your friends, this is a great way to join RideHIIT and be ready for our in person workouts. As every RideHIIT athlete will tell you, they are HARD

if you have paid for the 3 class plan and have classes left, these will be saved for you to use on in person classes from the 17th, so you can enjoy free classes until then too. if your on unlimited, you will receive priority booking for in person classes when they come back.
