If you want some guidance but are able to commit to the gym throughout the week solo, this maybe the best option for you. Your PT will give you workouts to do between sessions and work on technique and progression in your 1 on 1 sessions.

2 A WEEK

Helping you change your overall lifestyle and change your body. This option provides more support through the weeks and keeps you from falling off your plan. 

3+ A WEEK

For those determind to create better habits, improve muscle and lower fat. Your trainer will be with you through out to get those results quicker.
