RideHIIT is a gay mens workout group. with 3 differant types of HIIT inspired workouts for guys who like to train hard.  Driven by specially mixed music, workout with other guys who like to push there workouts to the limit.

We have 2 locations Vauxhall and Charing cross. 

Vauxhall has changing rooms but no showers

Charing Cross has changing rooms, showers and lockers.

what to bring

Bring gym appropriate clothing and trainers. We also recommend you bring a sweat towel and water bottle, there are water stations availble. If you plan to shower, please bring a towel and shower gel.

We have 3 ways to RideHIIT

RideHIIT: 30 mins spin then 30 mins full body HIIT training

Ride45: 45 Min Interval spin session

PumpHIIT: 40 min HIIT workout with weights and barbells.
