MEET THE TRAINER
Hey my name is Mikey and im a real life gay guy, qualified personal trainer, HIIT Daddy to the RideHIIT family with an unhealthy attachment to caffeine.
I have been a huge part of the fitness world for years, I mean the real fitness world, Get sweaty, get messy, look mad and enjoy fitness.
I am a huge advocate of squats, HIIT and Colby Keller. If someone was to ask me what my favorite muscle is on me, I think that my glutes would be my first pick. There’s just something about having a firm set of cheeks that make all of your pants fit well and look good. For me, the squat jumps are possibly the best exercise I’ve ever done.
When it comes to movies, Disney vs. horror/scary movies, Is where i fall, (longing for that crossover). As for my music i like it fast, catchy with a special attachment to Dua, Ariana, Miley and Remixes!
MESSAGE FOR MY BOYS..
This past year, The RideHIIT boys have stayed connected and looked after each other as you would any family member. I'm so proud of the RideHIIT Family and could not imagine what this year would have been like without them.
