Our HIIT Master instructors motivate and challenge to push your limits. Our inspiring indoor cycling and full body HIIT workouts are for Gay Men Only. Guys come to us to train harder and make friends with other gay men who like to train. Let’s get you ready for your workout!

what to bring

  1. A sweat towel

  2. A water bottle (we have water stations)

  3. A shower towel and shower gel (showers only available in Charing Cross not Vauxhall)

  4. Loads of energy!!!

what to wear

Just wear your fav most comfortable gym shorts, vest or T-shirt. As for footwear trainers are a must.

WHEN i ARRIVE

CHARING CROSS: Wait in the lobby. You will be let in to the gym when you arrive. If no one is around please push the buzzer.

VAUXHALL: No need to check in at reception, head straight to the changing room. When ready head to the 'Britney Room' You will be greated there.
