One on one training and support

  • Made sure no matter what, my clients were getting the support they needed with options to work for them.  

How does it work?

My job is to help you get from where you are now, to where you want to be.

Don’t think of me as a PT you see for one hour and then your on your own again. I support my clients all day everyday. We get to know each other and many clients are my best friends now. I still keep the focus on your goal but knowing you inside and out means this is training for just you

EXAMPLE:

Client issue: wanting weight loss, issues with cravings and routine

Solution:

- In person 2 x a week WITH MIKEY

-Home workouts solo 2 x a week

-Send meal photos to Mikey every meal

-Message Mikey when cravings start for help immediately.

 

How much?

I know your wanting to see fixed prices but every clients needs are different. I work on a sliding scale for level of support which means every budget is workable.

The best way to get an idea of price is to send me a quick message and I will get back to you in 2 days.

Rough Examples:

- Single stand alone 1 hour session could be £50 a week

- Two 30 min sessions a week could also be £50 a week
